Fertile Ground Beer Co. is a progressive and innovative craft brewery based in Jackson, Mississippi, dedicated to connecting people and cultivating community through exceptional beer. This semester, ELSEWORKS is working with Fertile Ground to support its strategic expansion efforts. Analysts are conducting in-depth research on increasing production capacity, assessing facility upgrades, and evaluating the financial feasibility of scaling operations. Additionally, the team is developing a retail and taproom expansion strategy, identifying optimal locations, and crafting a marketing and operations plan to enhance consumer engagement. Through this collaboration, Fertile Ground aims to expand its footprint while maintaining its commitment to quality, innovation, and community impact.
