Northshore Coffee is an entrepreneurial venture by Midtown entrepreneur Trey Malone, encompassing three projects this year: the Northshore Coffee shop in the District at Eastover, a collaboration with Fertile Ground Beer Co., and a robotic beverage machine located in the Leggett Center at Millsaps College. These ventures aim to provide innovative, high-quality coffee experiences across diverse locations.

This semester, analysts focused on identifying the optimal location for the robotic beverage machine on campus and conducting student surveys to assess its viability. The team also developed grand opening promotional plans for both Northshore Coffee’s new locations and its collaboration with Fertile Ground Beer Co., ensuring impactful launches for Trey’s endeavors. 

The next steps include assisting Trey with the successful opening and operations of his new coffee locations and serving as the primary support for the robotic beverage machine on campus by promoting its presence and engaging students.
