River Remedy is a vertically integrated medical cannabis cultivator, processor, and dispenser located in Byram, Mississippi. Operating within the emerging medical marijuana industry in Mississippi, River Remedy navigates unique challenges and opportunities to meet the needs of both public and private stakeholders.

This semester, the team contributed to River Remedy’s Green Initiative through two key deliverables:

a solar panel plan designed to enable River Remedy to operate entirely on solar power, reducing environmental impact and operational costs and an electric vehicle (EV) plan focused on optimizing local deliveries with increased efficiency and sustainability.

The next phase involves supporting River Remedy’s ongoing efforts to implement these plans and further their commitment to environmentally conscious and efficient operations. This includes continued collaboration to refine and expand their green initiatives.
